TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully
• The Online Silent Auction will run from 8:00 a.m. CST Monday, February 15, 2010, through 4:00 p.m. CST on Friday, March 5, 2010.
• HOW TO BID – Bidding will be in $5 increments.
• Bids will be updated twice a day – Monday through Friday.
• It is the bidder’s responsibility to check back for the current high bid.
• In the case of a tie bid, the first one received is the bid placed.
• For any questions or to place a bid via telephone, call the Lighthouse at 1-800-422-0833 and ask for Lisa.
• The winner will be notified by Tuesday, March 9.
• Payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, certified check, money order or personal check.
Note: personal checks must be cleared by the bank before shipment of the Vase.
• The Vase will be shipped via UPS Ground.
• The Vase will not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
• The Vase will be shipped upon receipt of payment with shipping plus insurance for the buyer’s winning bid provided by the Lighthouse.
• Lighthouse employees and members of the Board of Directors are not eligible to participate in this auction.
